The Moment

When the moment you are sitting in front of the television, i might be reading a book on the sofa and he might be still working late in the office and she might be having steamboat as her dinner. 

When the moment you are enjoying your show, when i am enjoying my reading, he is stress up with his work and she is enjoying her dinner. So many different things are happening at the same time. You may not see it, i am not aware of it, he may not notice it and she may not realize it. But, things still keep happening.

When the moment we are celebrating birth, there is death. Whether you like it or not, whether is your choice, whether you willing or reluctant, things happen and keep changing.

What life has taught us? Things keep changing. Things are impermanent. Life is so short. The minute we saw birth, the next minute we saw death or it happens at the same time perhaps.

We may not see it, hear it and feel it, but it doesn't mean it is not happening, it is not changing. Just that we are not aware of it.

Life is too short to be upset about or worry. If we aware of how impermanent this life is, how short this life is, how fragile this life is, what else to ask for?

Be grateful and thankful of being alive at this present moment, not forgetting to let go the pass and without expecting that there will be a better day tomorrow. Live at the present moment and be happy as it is.
